Privacy & Cookies
This is a small, free informational site. We are not in the data business, and this policy is short because there genuinely isn't much to say.
What we collect
An email address, but only if you give us one. If you subscribe to be notified when the rules change, we store the address you typed in. That's it. We don't ask for your name, your nationality, your visa status, or anything else — and you never need an account to read a single word on this site.
How we use it
Your email is used for one thing: sending you a note when something in Argentine residency, visa, citizenship, or tax rules actually changes. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to lawyers, agencies, advertisers, or anybody else. There is no "marketing partner" on the other end of this.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. No tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no analytics scripts, no cross-site profiling. That's why you're not being asked to click through a consent banner.
One honest caveat: like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider, and hosting providers keep standard server access logs — your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. That's ordinary infrastructure logging, used to keep the site online and secure, not to build a profile of you. If we ever add analytics, this page will say so plainly before we do.
Third-party content
The site loads its fonts (Fraunces and Archivo) from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google's servers receive the standard request data any web server would — including your IP address and browser details — under Google's own privacy terms. We don't receive that data, and nothing is shared with Google by us.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to the contact address listed on this site — [contact email]. Ask us to delete your email address and we'll delete it, no questions and no retention games. If you'd like to know what we hold on you, just ask: it will be your email address and the date you subscribed.
☀ A reminder
This site is informational only. Nothing here is legal or tax advice, and reading it doesn't create any professional relationship. For decisions that matter, talk to a licensed lawyer or accountant.
Changes to this policy
If any of the above changes — new analytics, a different email provider, anything that affects your data — we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. Any change is posted here, on this page. There's no fine print anywhere else.
